For years the BGSU Fine Arts building has been falling into disrepair, and BGSU has regularly just patched the problems instead of fully fixing them. The results have been a building that is an unsafe, unhealthy, and inadequate working environment for students.
Well, enough is ENOUGH. Red Pen Project is demanding permanent repairs to the leaks, rust, mold build-up, and other ongoing issues that the BGSU Fine Arts building is facing. These issues have an impact on student success and wellbeing, and for a state university, that is unacceptable.
Through student support, Red Pen Project will make the student's voice heard. No longer should students work in a building that is falling apart more and more with every passing day.
