Keep Mashpee, Massachusetts Pickleball Courts Open!
On July 17, 2023, based on a noise complaint by a single neighbor, Earnest R. Barrows, the Mashpee Select Board voted to temporarily close Mashpee Pickleball Courts on Sundays.
Mr. Barrows has demanded permanent closure of Mashpee Pickleball Courts, located at 162 Ashumet Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts.
Please sign the petition below to demand that the Sunday closure be lifted immediately and voice your opposition to any closure or reduction of hours for play.

We, the undersigned, oppose any closing or reduction of hours for play at the Mashpee Pickleball Courts and urge that the Sunday closure be lifted immediately.
The Mashpee Pickleball Courts serve Mashpee pickleball players as a place for free, healthy recreation and community building. Pickleball is an integral part of our lives. Any closure or any reduction of hours of play adversely impacts the Mashpee pickleball community’s ability to enjoy the sport, socialize, and maintain an active lifestyle.
We understand this petition will be presented to the Mashpee, Massachusetts Select Board.
