Because I found out today that President Donald Trump is going to have to put the wall he wants built over the border of Mexico on hold for a while or for a few months and have it built later because as of right now. Those illuminati Congress and courts are not letting Trump have the wall built to make America safer and to keep illegal Mexicans and the bad Mexicans out of the USA so they won't continue killing more Americans and taking our money, food and rights from us. And the wicked democrats and liberals are also running America into the ground and running this country into extinction by allowing America to be flooded with illegals immigrants and more deadly terrorists and by letting them come in to the USA and cause more terrorism, fire hell, killings, stealing our money and more day in and day out today! That's why Trump is still going to fix all of that later when it's the right time. And also, all the greatest old school clothes stores and store corporations are all closing and going out of business (such as KMART and Sears that will both go out of business soon like many other great stores did and like KOHL's that will also go out of business later). And then hopefully, mervyn's will reopen and be back in business like it was in the old school days.

There are so many more reasons why we need another U.S. military war and another civil war to give us our rights and freedom back, to make the U.S. economy rich and powerful again, to make the government better, to get all the trillions of dollars in dept. all back to us again, to reopen all the best old school clothes stores, to improve the FCC, to make the mainstream and entertainment media (music, TV, concerts, music awards, grammy awards, music events, galleria malls and all the etc. larger than life and talented like the old school days again), to make galleria malls fun and great again with arcades, toy stores, real food courts and more; to make real music bands and artists with old school talent, to put an end to all this black darkness hell going on today, to fix and reverse all the problems and money dept. Barack Obama caused in the USA when he was president, to make Holidays old school fun again, to give children and teens today an old school fun childhood like we had growing up, to make kids and teens good, respectful and loving with morals today and all the etc.

Otherwise, if we don't do something now and we just keep ignoring all these fire hell things happening, America will be at the point of no return and it will die along with us American citizens and people. So that's why I say we need another civil war and another U.S. military war that is like world war 1, world war 2, the Vietnam war, the cold war and the earlier 9/11 war for all the reasons those wars happened and for more modern reasons. We also need to make our U.S. military troops stronger and more powerful with delta force and commando power to defeat and destroy ISIS, Al Qaeda, the Mexican mafias, the criminal gangs, the drug cartels and all the satanic people who are a threat to our country America! And so the USA will become rich and have a powerful economy again like it did from 1980-2006! America has always been a country of freedom, friendship, morals, love, kindness, bright opportunities, excitement, fun, our rights, a powerful rich economy, happy and healthy natural families, treating everyone and all the good U.S. citizens equally, fair and great, having magical moments and treats, opening real jobs, having the best education system, having real rich and high quality store corporations and clothes stores, making America clean, fresh and crystal clear, destroying and defeating ALL the enemies every time, learning right from wrong, teaching good life lessons, respect, caring, morals and faith; having the most biggest and fun old school entertainment and events, making real talented one hit wonder music artists and bands like the music industry had back in the 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s (and some of 2006 and 2007 before all these shitty 2010s artists came in), making holidays old school fun, having galleria malls jammed packed everyday with all the greatest fun children and people, making America what it's meant to be like it was in the old school days and the old history days and all the etc. And we might even need a galactic and space war in outer space with galactic ships and weapons to help us eliminate and destroys all the enemies on Earth and I space better with satellite and computer detectors and technology too.

America has always been "The Great American Melting Pop" where everyone of all ages and nationalities who are good and have morals are treated equally and have all the same rights and freedom! And now its the other way around today in the 2010s which is why Donald Trump who is a good president is working to fix all of that and take care of all the problems in the USA that all need to be taken care of. But he can't do it alone. We also need another civil war and another U.S. military delta force war with commando and delta force power to finishing destroying and defeating Al Qaeda, ISIS, the bad Muslims (not the good ones), the enemies in Israel, the enemies in the middle east, the Mexican drug cartels, the high crime criminals of today, the los zetas, the Mexican mafias, the criminal gangs, the leaders of the New World Order and all the satanic illuminati enemies so that America can grow and become great and safer again! During the September and October time frame, the crew mess decks were renovated. Mainly just the seating arrangements, but no bulkheads were altered.

The ESWS qualifiers displays, which include the plankowners, were alive and well in the mess decks and port p-way up until the mess decks were closed for the seating upgrade. Upon opening the mess decks in October, the ESWS qualifier boards were not returned to the mess decks area. For weeks, the original displays are "nowhere to be found". The bulkhead space is definitely available, so the only possible reason to have the displays taken down was for somebody's personal preference. A new board was put up on the port p-way on the galley bulkhead with qualifiers of 2015 only.

There are many Decatur veterans that put a lot of time into gaining their qualification, and having that living ship's history going back to it's commissioning crew mysteriously disappearing after a mess decks seating upgrade is sketchy. There are a few DDG-73 veterans whose names were still on those displays, and they have since passed away. Even though they have passed away, they will always be a part of the ship.

Commemorating the dedication of those fallen sailors on those ESWS plaques won't distract or deter any mission Decatur will be assigned for the remainder of her service.

Although months-long delays causing deaths at some Veterans Administration (VA) Hospitals might seem like an impossibility to anyone who is unfamiliar with this issue, unfortunately it's not:

CNN has been investigating these life-threatening delays at some VA health care facilities for over a year now, and the above report (text included) is just one of a large number they have made. There have also been some reports by other news outlets, but they have been few and far between, so updates to this background section will probably all be from CNN. And if CNN's reports aren't enough to tell you that the VA hasn't been aggressive enough in putting a stop to these life-threatening health care delays, then bear in mind that this is "an issue that has endured for more than a decade." (Army Times, on March 15, 2013)

Lastly, in case you might think it's unfair to single out the executive branch in this petition, take a look at how much the legislative branch's House Committee on Veterans' Affairs has already been doing to investigate, publicize, and correct this and other serious problems in the Veterans Administration. And to show just how little control a legislative committee can sometimes have over an executive branch department, look at this excerpt from their web site's Trials in Transparency page: "VA is currently sitting on nearly 100 separate requests for information made by the committee, some dating back more than a year."

Obviously, the time is long overdue for much more than investigations, news reports, congressional hearings, and speeches. It's time for the Obama Administration to put intense pressure on the Veterans Administration, and not to let up until the VA can certify that these life-threatening delays have been eliminated at every single one of its health care facilities!

The British Infantry Regimental System, which has been developed and refined for over three hundred years, relies on fierce local loyalties and inherited traditions to produce closely-knit fighting teams of battle-proven effectiveness. The same strong local character of these Family Regiments is the basis of their appeal to recruits. Our incomparable Infantry regiments are envied and emulated the world over, and set the standards for the whole Army. The Regimental System works consistently well today and, being infinitely
flexible, can adapt with ease to any future challenges.

Whitehall now proposes to destroy this outstanding successful system by forcing regiments like the Queens Lancashires to merge into large characterless regional units, thereby losing long-standing and carefully nurtured links with local communities which sustain both recruiting and high morale. Rather than tearing the pulsating heart out of our Army, defence planners would be well advised to reinforce a great British success.

We demand that the government keeps its hands off our local regiments, and The Queens Lancashire Regiment in particular, and abandons this foolish plan which gambles recklessly with the backbone of Britain's security.....

The difference between a Full and Standard Honor Funeral is dramatic, however, unless you have worked at Arlington, you would never know the difference. In fact, the only way an Enlisted Service Member can receive a Full Honor Funeral is to be a Medal of Honor Recipient, which are usually awarded well after burial, meaning a Enlisted Medal of Honor Recipient wouldn’t receive Full Honors at time of burial.

Basically, a Full Honors at Arlington consists of a Horse Drawn Caisson transfer from Chapel to gravesite, 8 pallbearers, Army Band, 1-2 escort marching Platoons, Cannon Salutes for General Officers, “Cap Rider-less Horse(0-6 and above), firing party, bugler and a Chaplin. A Standard Honors Funeral consists of a hearse transfer, 6 pallbearers, firing party, bugler, and a Chaplin. Another misconception is that E-9’s receive Full Honors as stated in Army Regulation 600-25, however, they don’t, in addition to the Standard Honors rendered above, they get the Caisson, 1 escort marching platoon, and a drummer, which contradicts what Army Regulation 600-25 states they will receive the band.

I might add, the above Special Officer Honors rendered at Arlington, are not offered at any other National Cemetery in the United States. I feel Arlington Honors should mirror the rest of the National Cemeteries.

For the last year, I have addressed this with the President, multiple Congressman and Senators, multiple Veteran Organizations of which I am a member of, and Army Offices in Washington D.C., but have received little to no response back. The ANC Superintendent sent me a response stating that he agreed with my position, however, he believed changes would be difficult to implement. I have talked to numerous Senior Officers and Senior Non-Commissioned Officers as well who support this and are addressing this in their own direction.

The bottom line is this, a 2nd Lieutenant can die in a car accident 2 days after graduating Officer Candidate School and get a Full Honor Funeral, while a Master Sergeant in the Army, Air Force, Marine Corp, or Navy with 22 years of Service can die in Combat in Afghanistan or Iraq, receive a Silver Star for Valor, and receive a Standard Honor Funeral. This is flat out disgraceful. In a place our Nation considers to be the most hallowed ground in America, a place that demands our respect, I think this issue deserves to be looked at. Honors rendered should be equal, based off actions, not just rank. A panel should decide official criteria for Honors rendered based off individual careers, and circumstances of death, not just by rank. I think the Funerals should be like the Tomb Stones in Arlington, all the same. At a minimum, all Active Duty Soldiers’ killed in Combat should receive a Full Honor Funeral.

Official criteria needs to be re-looked at is the bottom line, this disgraceful discrepancy has been passed over as “customs and courtesies” too long.

The antiwar and social movements in Europe and in the whole world are planning to ruin their fiesta. We are not prepared to allow these vultures celebrate their 60 years of crimes. The USA and its western allies established NATO in April 1949. It played a central role in the huge increase of military competition between the two blocs during the Cold War.

Today, nearly 20 years since the fall of the Eastern Bloc and the dismantling of the Warsaw Pact, NATO has been transformed into an instrument for the implementation of the interests of the USA and its allies over the rest of the planet. It supported and supports dictatorships and juntas while continuing to pursue wars and occupations all over the world. The administration of the war in Afghanistan is in the hands of NATO and 80% of military spending worldwide is carried out by its 26 member states.

NATO's attempt to expand further East creates instability and has already been the cause of the war between Russia and Georgia last August over North Ossetia.

The triangle of Greece-Turkey and Cyprus is very central to NATO plans in the M. East region. US maintain military bases in Turkey and Greece while Britain has two important bases in Cyprus, the two little 'Gibraltars', in Dekelia and Akrotiri.

Ordinary people in Cyprus, both Greek-Cypriot and Turkish-Cypriot, paid and continue to pay a heavy price for the imperialist intervention of country member states of NATO. Many lives have been lost and a great deal of suffering was the result of NATO’s attempt to turn Cyprus into an unsinkable aircraft carrier to be used against the Middle East, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Iran and Afghanistan.

It’s imperative that we add our voices to those of hundreds of thousands of activists in the whole of Europe who are preparing to demonstrate against NATO under the slogan «60 years of NATO are enough».

The city decided against sending the letter at a controversial council meeting, but while the text had been widely publicized and the intentions had been well known, the council almost unanimously voted against sending an apology to the recruiters for their intended disrespect in the contents of the letter.

The council also voted on giving special protest rights to Code Pink that included giving them a parking spot in a busy commercial area weekly at a designated time with the intention of "removing sidewalk blockage", and waiving the fees for six months worth of sound permits.

The legality of these actions still have yet to be ascertained, and while the Mayor promised to give similar privileges to other groups, he remains unreceptive to the requests of opposing organizations.

Such a medal is already in place in many countries including the US (purple heart). Such a medal would be a boost for moral for those currently serving and would, at least in part, say thank you to the brave men and woman who everyday risk themselves and get little in the way of recognition.
