President Trump, Restore the Arlington National Cemetery Reconciliation Memorial

In 2021, in the aftermath of the George Floyd death, Senator Elizabeth Warren pushed through an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act that created the "Naming Commission".
In a surprise move, the Commission recommended taking down the majestic, historic bronze sculpture sculpted by Jewish Veteran, Moses Ezekiel, which not only became his grave marker, upon his death, but also marks more than 300 veteran and widow graves in Section 16.
Section 16 was established by US President William McKinley, a Union War Veteran, who advocated for 'reconciliation' between the south and the north after the American Victory in the Spanish-American war, when the sons of both sides joined together under 1 flag to defeat a common foe.
Biden Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin ordered implementation of the removal recommendation, frustrating multiple Federal laws meant to protect historic and cultural resources, and failing to utilize the Army's own citizen Advisory Committee.
In a horrific display, between Hanukkah and Christmas, 2023, the military drove a massive crane into the cemetery and on Sunday morning began hoisting away the Memorial, while running heavy equipment over Ezekiel's, and others, graves. It was fully removed and boxed up by Christmas Eve.
Called the "Christmas Monument" because of its reconciliation theme, the image of the removal while beautiful fresh green wreaths with red bows adorned the surrounding graves was shocking.
Two lawsuits have been filed, but did not prevent the removal.
As Commander in Chief, President Trump has the power to direct the Military to re-install the Memorial immediately. Please join us in asking him to so so by signing the petition.

Thank you,

Help Catastrophically Disabled Veterans Get The VA Benefits They Deserve

Thousands of U.S. Military veterans are suffering from an incurable disease known as Inclusion Body Myositis (IBM). It is a long name for a horrifying, devastating, and totally disabling, continually worsening disease. It is untreatable and incurable with striking similarities to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or “Lou Gehrig’s Disease”.

There is no stopping it. It slowly destroys the veterans' muscle cells until the muscles in legs and arms are so horribly wasted away or atrophied the veteran is catastrophically disabled and totally dependent upon constant daily care from others. It can cause dysphagia (the inability to swallow), and in its advanced stages may cause diaphragmatic dysfunction (failure of the diaphragm muscle) resulting in pulmonary failure and the inability to breathe.

Government and academic resources have estimated there are only 15 cases of IBM per million people among the general public. Among U.S. Military veterans, that number increases to 189 cases per million people. Clearly, this is a “service connected” disease.

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) has regularly refused to recognize IBM and the veterans that suffer from it. As such, a veteran submitting a disability claim is regularly denied any disability benefits.

Rescind Richard Halliday's Unlawful Article 15

Sign this petition to Rescind Richard's Article 15 and Defer All present Article 15s at Fort Bliss until investigated. Help stop Army commander's from using the Article 15 as a weapon of destruction. Families are worried for their Soldiers in the US Army. They are afraid that their volunteer loved ones are in danger from commanders misusing the Article 15 unjustly as a weapon to destroy. The UCMJ gives commanders the authority to impose nonjudicial punishment, described in the UCMJ under Article 15, an essential tool in maintaining discipline by restitution and rehabilitation in order to restore the Soldier to duty. When the Article 15 is used as a weapon to destroy a Soldier it is unlawful.
Richard Halliday's Article 15 was unjust and unlawful. Rescind Richard's Article 15 and defer all present Article 15s at Fort Bliss until investigated.

Designate PVT Richard Halliday as a Missing Soldier

Since 22 August 2020, PVT Halliday has been labeled as a criminal, a “DESERTER”, without proof or evidence. He is a third generation Soldier assigned to Delta Battery, 1/43 Air Defense Artillery (ADA), 11th ADA Brigade, Ft. Bliss, TX. He excelled in all duties and responsibilities – First in Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training, promoted with waivers and awarded for his achievements as a “Stellar Soldier”. PVT Halliday was deployed to Qatar for ten months and recieved another award for outstanding performance. Upon redeployment Richard became offended with his leadership's actions which resulted in a series of events detrimental to Army Readiness. On 23 July 2020 he vanished. Richard's unit leaders NEVER contacted the Family to inform them of his disappearance and waited 28 days to secure and inventory Richard's belongings. The Halliday Family, worried, contacted the unit on 28 August 2020 (36 days post disappearance). The US Army offered no help, just horrific news and rumors. The Family immediately attempted to file missing person reports unsuccesfully. Feeling helpless, they launched a social media campaign, and wrote to leaders in Congress to gain support and assistance in the search for America's missing Soldier. With media success, the US Army offered a gesture of assistance. The Halliday Family encountered hurtful fabrications, a string of inconsistencies and false narratives. However, through all the impediments, the Family has pursued facts, rallied public support, worked for leads and debunked nonsense, in order to find their son, America's Volunteer Soldier. Yet, the harmful rumors continue, hard feelings from the search team still surface, and there is military weariness around Richard and a resentment of prior events. This impedes the search for Richard. From the beginning there has been no real sense of comradery, “Army of One” and “No Soldier left behind”, only evidence of low morale, fear, rancor and callousness. This prejudicial criminal status of “deserter” given to PVT Richard Halliday is a hinderance to Army Readiness and again in the search for him. This has compelled the Halliday Family to persue this petition for a change in PVT Richard Halliday's status.

STAND UP FOR BILL (And Other Vietnam Veterans And Their Families)

Background: My husband, Bill Meehan was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (MM) in 3/2015. I accidentally found out that MM is one of 15 diseases presumed connected to military service in Vietnam and exposure to Agent Orange. Bill was rated 100% disabled and we received wonderful support from the VA. Bill died in 7/2016. After he died, I realized that none of the civilian health care professionals we saw ever asked if he was in the military. Many Vietnam vets don't know that some very common diseases (such as type 2 diabetes, coronary artery disease and prostate cancer) are connected to service in Vietnam. They don't realize that they, and their surviving spouses, are entitled to benefits.

Cancel military display at Penticton Peach Festival

To:
Don Kendall, President, Penticton Peach Festival
Fred Trainor, Chair, Penticton Snowbirds Committee
Dave Kampe, owner, Peters Bros. Construction

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE ORGANIZERS AND SPONSOR OF THE PENTICTON PEACH FESTIVAL MILITARY DEMONSTRATION

As organized by Don Kendall and Fred Trainor, and sponsored by Dave Kampe, the opening night of this year’s Penticton Peach Festival will feature the Canadian Forces Snowbirds precision aerobatic team, as well as the Canadian Army’s SkyHawks parachute team. The CF-18 Hornet jet fighter team will also perform, according to the Penticton Western News, “a pyrotechnic, simulated battle scene.”

We the undersigned have numerous areas of concern about your planned program, including:

•	The disturbing effect military air shows can have on vulnerable viewers
•	The significant cost to taxpayers of the RCAF military demonstration teams
•	The stated purpose of the Snowbirds aerial demonstration team, and
•	The explicit linking of the CF-18 demonstration with a celebration of Canadian Confederation.

Mr. Kendall seems to believe the three-part military demonstration will have entertainment value equal to the musical act that will follow it. “Having this type of a show on opening night is going to be incredible,” he said in promotional materials. “It will make for a great opening night with headliner 54-40 taking the main stage later that evening.”

The undersigned believe that it’s a serious mistake to promote aerial military demonstrations as entertainment. Military air shows are disturbing for many, and are potentially traumatizing for newcomers who have escaped war. Toronto filmmaker Maya Bastian documented the reactions of people observing the 2016 Canadian Air Show, including Tamil refugees. Many of them suffer from post-traumatic stress, and the air show can be triggering, she says. Academic researcher Craig Damian Smith works with refugees and is also familiar with the Canadian Air Show. He considers air shows “insulting, invasive, and violent” for those who have experienced the trauma of war.

According to Canadian author and historian Yves Engler, the Snowbirds are one element of a “massive military cultural outreach” conducted by the federal government. The Snowbirds’ annual operation costs of $4.3 million dwarf any that the local sponsor has absorbed. In addition, the Canadian Forces plan to spend another $755 million on a new fleet of demonstration aircraft, he says.

Just as significant as taxpayer costs is the purpose of the Snowbirds. The government acknowledges they are an important public relations and recruiting tool for the Canadian Armed Forces. Engler finds recruitment is a major driver of a multi-million dollar public relations behemoth that celebrates and commemorates so-called “glorious” wars and battles, builds war monuments, and funds Remembrance Day services and ongoing war-related “awareness” programs such as Canada Remembers; and whose personnel “write press releases, organize press conferences, monitor the news, brief journalists, befriend reporters and editors, or perform various other media-related activities” destined to fill news stories.

“It’s time for a concerted challenge to this unbridled militarism,” says Engler, and we the undersigned agree.

It’s impossible to understand the full range of problems with the planned military display unless one takes into account historical considerations. The RCAF explicitly links the CF-18 demonstration with Canada’s 150th anniversary of Confederation. “Specifically, the RCAF will honour the history of the Canadian Armed Forces, including the RCAF, as a part of Canada’s proud history,” they say. “The upcoming air show season is a special opportunity for the RCAF and the Demonstration Team to join Canadians in celebrating shared values, achievements and Canada's place in the world.”

But there are many in Canada, both Indigenous and non-Indigenous, who question what there is to celebrate about Confederation. Dixon Terbasket is an Okanagan resident and member of the Indigenous-led, inter-cultural project Rethink 150: Indigenous Truth that seeks to raise awareness of alternative narratives about the last 150 years. Drawing a line from the arrival of Columbus to the Canadian Confederacy, all the way to contemporary resource extraction, he sees a history of colonization that includes genocide, destruction, exploitation and oppression by church and government. “The history of Canada is not a proud one,” he says. “The things that happened to us, we have to acknowledge them. If you don’t acknowledge what’s going on, you’re not going to be able to start fixing it.”

It’s coincidental that opening night of the Peach Festival, August 9, falls on the 72nd anniversary of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki. At the time of the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Canada's prime minister Mackenzie King reflected, “it is fortunate that the use of the bomb should have been upon the Japanese rather than upon the white races of Europe." It’s not at all coincidental that racism informed that military strike as much as it informs Canada’s conquest and ongoing colonization of Indigenous peoples.

In consideration of the need for reconciliation between Canada and Indigenous peoples; and in consideration of the expense to taxpayers of this military program and its intention to recruit; in consideration of the potential of the air show to upset members of the public, particularly those who have experienced war; and in consideration of the need to repudiate military response to conflict and first-strike military aggression in a world that’s steeped in war, we call on the organizers to cancel the air show component of the 2017 Peach Festival and to ensure that Penticton’s skies will never again be pierced by war planes on a mission to enlist innocent youth.

Declare another civil war and another U.S. military delta force war to happen so that we can fix all the problems in America and make America and our world safer, brighter and great again!!

Okay everyone, this is extremely important! I know America is dying and that the U.S. government, the U.S. economy, the mainstream media, our rights and freedom, our populations, the political parties, our society, our money and all the etc. are all shutting down and are all going to shit and fire hell day in and day out in the 2010s which are the worst, the darkest, the deadliest and the most biggest steaming pile of shit decade of all time in history in everything and almost everyone in America and even in other countries today (mainly our deadly enemies). And so that's why I believe we need another civil war and another U.S. delta force military war to give us our rights back, to give us our freedom back, to make tax rates and pay rates good again, to fix the government, to make the U.S. economy rich and powerful again like it was in the old school days, to end all communism in the USA and worldwide in other countries, to make the mainstream media good again, to make entertainment fun and great again like it was from 1980-2006, to get all the trillions of dollars in money dept. back to us and back to the USA again, to destroy and end Al Qaeda and ISIS, to finish destroying all the criminal and street gangs, to lower crime since crime is high as hell today, to control the illuminati, to bring back and reopen all the greatest old school clothes stores and business corporations that went out of business, to make children, teens and families safer; to make people and U.S. citizens safer, to remodel old run down suburban places and make them into big urban cities with rich money and high quality of fun life, to make the community better and grow, to make the world fun and exciting again like the 80s, 90s and early 2000s were, to make life great and better and so much more!

Because I found out today that President Donald Trump is going to have to put the wall he wants built over the border of Mexico on hold for a while or for a few months and have it built later because as of right now. Those illuminati Congress and courts are not letting Trump have the wall built to make America safer and to keep illegal Mexicans and the bad Mexicans out of the USA so they won't continue killing more Americans and taking our money, food and rights from us. And the wicked democrats and liberals are also running America into the ground and running this country into extinction by allowing America to be flooded with illegals immigrants and more deadly terrorists and by letting them come in to the USA and cause more terrorism, fire hell, killings, stealing our money and more day in and day out today! That's why Trump is still going to fix all of that later when it's the right time. And also, all the greatest old school clothes stores and store corporations are all closing and going out of business (such as KMART and Sears that will both go out of business soon like many other great stores did and like KOHL's that will also go out of business later). And then hopefully, mervyn's will reopen and be back in business like it was in the old school days.

There are so many more reasons why we need another U.S. military war and another civil war to give us our rights and freedom back, to make the U.S. economy rich and powerful again, to make the government better, to get all the trillions of dollars in dept. all back to us again, to reopen all the best old school clothes stores, to improve the FCC, to make the mainstream and entertainment media (music, TV, concerts, music awards, grammy awards, music events, galleria malls and all the etc. larger than life and talented like the old school days again), to make galleria malls fun and great again with arcades, toy stores, real food courts and more; to make real music bands and artists with old school talent, to put an end to all this black darkness hell going on today, to fix and reverse all the problems and money dept. Barack Obama caused in the USA when he was president, to make Holidays old school fun again, to give children and teens today an old school fun childhood like we had growing up, to make kids and teens good, respectful and loving with morals today and all the etc.

Otherwise, if we don't do something now and we just keep ignoring all these fire hell things happening, America will be at the point of no return and it will die along with us American citizens and people. So that's why I say we need another civil war and another U.S. military war that is like world war 1, world war 2, the Vietnam war, the cold war and the earlier 9/11 war for all the reasons those wars happened and for more modern reasons. We also need to make our U.S. military troops stronger and more powerful with delta force and commando power to defeat and destroy ISIS, Al Qaeda, the Mexican mafias, the criminal gangs, the drug cartels and all the satanic people who are a threat to our country America! And so the USA will become rich and have a powerful economy again like it did from 1980-2006! America has always been a country of freedom, friendship, morals, love, kindness, bright opportunities, excitement, fun, our rights, a powerful rich economy, happy and healthy natural families, treating everyone and all the good U.S. citizens equally, fair and great, having magical moments and treats, opening real jobs, having the best education system, having real rich and high quality store corporations and clothes stores, making America clean, fresh and crystal clear, destroying and defeating ALL the enemies every time, learning right from wrong, teaching good life lessons, respect, caring, morals and faith; having the most biggest and fun old school entertainment and events, making real talented one hit wonder music artists and bands like the music industry had back in the 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s (and some of 2006 and 2007 before all these shitty 2010s artists came in), making holidays old school fun, having galleria malls jammed packed everyday with all the greatest fun children and people, making America what it's meant to be like it was in the old school days and the old history days and all the etc. And we might even need a galactic and space war in outer space with galactic ships and weapons to help us eliminate and destroys all the enemies on Earth and I space better with satellite and computer detectors and technology too.

America has always been "The Great American Melting Pop" where everyone of all ages and nationalities who are good and have morals are treated equally and have all the same rights and freedom! And now its the other way around today in the 2010s which is why Donald Trump who is a good president is working to fix all of that and take care of all the problems in the USA that all need to be taken care of. But he can't do it alone. We also need another civil war and another U.S. military delta force war with commando and delta force power to finishing destroying and defeating Al Qaeda, ISIS, the bad Muslims (not the good ones), the enemies in Israel, the enemies in the middle east, the Mexican drug cartels, the high crime criminals of today, the los zetas, the Mexican mafias, the criminal gangs, the leaders of the New World Order and all the satanic illuminati enemies so that America can grow and become great and safer again! And so America can go back to being larger than life, timeless and fabulous again like it was back in the old history days when it was discovered and like America was from (1980-2006) long before all this black darkness hell started happening and before Barack Obama became the U.S. president.

So please sign this petition to help save the USA and make the USA great, bright and safer again before it's too late and America sinks like the Titanic and gets overtaken by the enemies and the illuminati. Thank you and God Bless The Unites States Of America!!

The current list of approved religions can be shown through the available emblems for gravestone markers (although morbid). https://www.cem.va.gov/cem/docs/emblems.pdf
Many religions are not included in this list.

STOP foreign affairs department removing the word "mateship" from a Kokoda memorial.

The Kokoda Trail is a sacred military site and there is no place for Political Correctness.
One of the most brutal conflicts in Australian war history, the Kokoda Campaign was a powerful victory that directly saved Australia from the threat of Japanese occupation.

Mateship is often associated with Australia's diggers in World War I.
It is a term that conjures images of young men providing unconditional support for one another amid the toughest of conditions.

The memorial is comprised of four black marble obelisks engraved with the words “courage, endurance, mateship, sacrifice”.

I can tell you from experience...that that Digger Mentality stills flows within the 3 services of the ADF now, and to have some people who have never served a day in their life's think that changing Mateship to Friendship means the same thing then they are delusional.
