A República da Guiné-Bissau, na África Ocidental, é um país multiplamente rico em História, recursos naturais e diversidade étnica, membro da CPLP, da UEMOA, da CEDEAO, da Francofonia, da União Africana e da ONU, além dos ACP, do MNA e da OCI.

Tendo acedido à independência em 1974, este país Lusófono vem sendo ciclicamente palco de erupções violentas e sangrentas, da responsabilidade de agentes do Estado desviados para comportamentos criminosos, bárbaros, denunciadores de um poder paralelo arrogante, usurpador, anti-social e contra-natura, que sitia o Estado, as personalidades e as instituições; impõe-se de forma ostensivamente grosseira à Comunidade Internacional; desafia os valores universalmente aceites pela Consciência Humana no século XXI; e favorece o narcotráfico e o terrorismo de Estado.

The Republic of Guinea-Bissau in the West Africa is a multiple rich country, in its own History, natural resources and ethnic diversity, member of the CPLP, of UEMOA, of CEDEAO, of the Francophone community, of the African Union and the UN, also member of ACP, MNA and OCI organizations.

Having assessed through their independence as a sovereign State in 1974, this Lusophone Country, has been periodically the stage of current violent and bloodily social eruptions, which responsibility fall on its actual State Agents, deviating their obligations to their country fellow man to criminal and barbaric behaviours, denouncing a parallel power using arrogant, usurpation, anti –social and contra nature means, who besieges the State, their legitimate personalities and institutions; imposing themselves in a ostensible and grosser manner to the International Community; trampling over the universal most holly and accepted values of the Human Consciousness of the XXI century; favouring the illegal drug trade and State-sponsored terrorism.

La République de Guinée-Bissau, en Afrique Occidentale, est un pays multiplement riche de son Histoire, ses ressources naturelles et sa diversité ethnique, membre du CPLP, d'UEMOA, de CEDEAO, de la communauté francophone, de l'Union Africaine et de l'ONU, bien comme de l’ACP, le MNA et l'OCI.

Ayant obtenu l’indépendance en tant qu'État souverain en 1974, ce pays Lusophone est cicliquement sujet à des éruptions sociales violentes et sanglantes, de la responsabilité d’agents de l'État déviés aux conduites criminelles et barbares, manifestations d’un pouvoir parallèle arrogant, usurpateur, antisocial et contre-nature,, qui assiège l'État, les personnes et les institutions; qui s’impose d'une façon ostensivement grossière à la Communauté internationale; qui défie les valeurs universellement acceptés par la conscience humaine au siècle XXI; qui soutient le narco trafique et le terrorisme d'État.
