I live on the southwest corner 8th and 232.It is a unsafe intersection, for commerical trucks to be going through.It is a blind hill for traffic that is heading north. Also, how long will I have to wait to get in and out of my driveway, as the lineup at the corner will be long.Commerical traffic should be rerouted north on 224 to 40th, which joins into fraser hwy

I have lived here for almost 38 years and enjoy walking daily with my dogs and grandchildren. If the traffic from 16th ave. is rerouted to 8 th ave. it will not be safe to walk on the road.

Live on 8th Ave,, have many, many animals and have always lost 1 this year.. Do not want this traffic, will be increased noise and will destroy the road

very unhappy with little notice, did not recieve any notice myself, was advised by neighbours. Have a large boarding/training barn with top riders,(canadian equestrian team member_ who need to road ride to get ready for the olympics... this will interfere with her training. Have lost 1 pet to traffic on the road this year.

I think that the traffic from 16 avenue should not be allowed on my road because my brother and I like to ride our bikes every day while my Mom walks our dogs. With all of the extra cars and trucks it would be too dangerous for us to be on the road at all.

Our road is under construction at the present time with a posted speed limit of 30 Km/Hr. There is no painted center line and very little shoulder area for pedestrians, bikes, and horses to use. I think it will be extremely dangerous to have 16 avenue traffic rerouted along this road.
