Why they would have made these for the wii and not ps3 or xbox I think is a direct reflection of that and as stated in the petition the xbox and ps have a greater player basis and is inevitable that the die hards are more likely to be playing on those systems. And not to downplay nintendo but it is a dying game company, and I feel capcom would have a great deal of success in releasing 0 and REmake to the xbox and ps. Considering how near we are to the release of the 720 and ps4 I think they may have even greater potential as iconic games for the new systems. I am however glad they have released 1,2 and nemesis to psn, but I am disappointed these were not also made available to xbox.
