Will do without and watch on internet before I will change and/or pay higher prices. Maybe the other companies should come down on their prices instead of trying to force DISH into increasing their rates. Now what a refreshing idea that is!

Why does Florida gets all the free rides? The whole world does not revolve around what Florida wants. These people that have sattelite want to see WNBC, KNBC, WCBS, KCBS, WABC, KABC, and Fox. If they missed their shows on the east cost feed then they can catch it on the west coast feed. Everybody needs a local affiliate. This is the USA, we have the right to watch a different feeds of TV networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) from East and West Coast just like cable networks like Nickelodeon and Disney Channel. How would they feel if they're favorite show is pre-empted by the local stations, or not shon at all (i.e. GUIDING LIGHT not shown on a CBS station in Sacramento, CA), we should watch the NYC and LA stations as we pleased.
