The family of the child was compensated and the investigation found that it was a Safety and other reasons but not the Operators fault. So why has the Tram Operator been treated so poorly.
This man has lost everything and the Town of Ocean City is at fault.
Compensation is a necessity right now!
This man schedule be rehired, retrained if any training at all was given, given another position with the town if he so chooses to remain with the City of Ocean City, received back wages to August 2025 and an official letter of apology and intent from the City’s Department of Transportation.
How could the City be so cruel to this man?
This gentleman was fire before the investigation was complete, is my understanding.
Disgusting, Disgraceful, Disrespectful and Dehumanizing. The City Management should be 100% ashamed of themselves and their actions.

The accident was a tragedy but the family of that child aren't the only ones who suffered. This man was exonerated of any wrong doing, yet he lost his job and his whole life as a result.
