Where did our human rights go to as adults? Innocent until proven guilty goes right out the window where social services is involved. You are guilty, and that is that, case closed it feels. Little children don't understand the concept that for every action there is a reaction, and when they do understand what they have done, it is far too late. Our government gives children the right to destroy lives without understanding what they are doing.I believe our govt. are the ones who are abusive

Frustration, anger, helplessness, stress, and confussion at the governments sheer stupidity of giving angry children rights that they don't even understand, and taking their work as gospel truth without even consulting the parents and giving the parents a chance to explain why the child is acting out, is simply unbelievable to me. The child will discover the consequences of what they did when it is too late and they'll have to live with their mistakes that our government caused. That's abuse!

Thank You for this knowledge. Child and Family services walked into my house and just took my grandchild from his mother. She has never harmed that child. She is only 17 and very confused. They want her to be an adult but at the same time they are telling her she is a child. I do not feel that this is a good reason to take a child from his mother.

How can a social worker do a risk assessment with out you being there? Also I feel it totally unjust to take the side of one family member and not have the other side of the story. To make assumptions based on this is totally ludicrist Social workers on the paper I have are not even consistant from one page to the next.

I went through years of cas harassment, left my job, my home and still did not get my kids home for 3 years.And my children went through hell and noone would check CAS. I jumped all the hoops and i have a closed file for 2 years and now i am pregnant and they phone me and say stuff like This will always follow you around you know. I have a lovely family, and they are so deep into hospitals, schools, and my past that I fear what demons they are. They dont help regular joes, and dont ever deny it

Please change the law and give the Children's Aid Societies LESS Power than they currently have. We did without them for many years and they are most definately NOT benefiting our Society.
