It's time the law that is allowing this to happen was looked at by the Scottish government. It's all very well ensuring that the minority are not disadvantaged, but it's time the majority had some rights!

There they will see places that haven`t "benefitted" from being the oil "capital" of Europe but have far more going for them than Aberdeen. In my opinion its not only Union Terrace Gardens that need upgrading its the whole of the city centre. Its quite disheartening how rundown it is in parts
