I have worked with youths since 2000 in various parts of the country. It has always been a challenge to work with this group of characters in the development of our post war Sierra Leone. The most recent project that was implemented by CORAD in Kono, Koinadugu and Kailahun proved a realed challenge, but revealed that youths in the rural areas were very coperative than those in the urban settings. I'm optimistic that that this strategy may yield dividend.
