Mr Roy Deem, Cranbourne, Victoria, Australia
I understand that We the ratepayers of the City of Casey, are also paying $3,000,000 for the relocation of the Springvale Football Club to Casey Fields, but the 2007-8 rates have been reduced from one exorbitant amount, to another exorbitant amount, due to the state of the council Budget.

Anonymous, Fountain Gate, Vic, Australia
In times of drought, petrol increases,IR laws, dimishing incomes, the total cost of the Cranbourne pool is outragious at $36 million. We are not hosting the Olympics.Once the Cranbourne pool & Casey Fields are fully built at a combined cost of approx $66 million plus, there will be the ongoing maitainence costs. Is it fair to build such an expensive peice of infastructure in one area of Casey & to raise the cost of our rates.I would rather see equity of infastructure across the whole of Casey.
