Although I am fortunate to have a drive so it does not directly prevent me from parking, it is a real nuisance that our cul-de-sac is rammed with cars during CMK opening hours to avoid people paying parking charges.

we are long term friends of residents of bradwell common and visit regular. i believe that you should consider reinstating free parking around the city centre and dont be so greedy. you make enough money out of residents and visitors to mk.

Although this doesn't affect my estate, I completely feel for the poor people this affects. I totally agree with all the points raised and feel that something should be done about this. There has to be an alternative solution.

I strongly believe that as a registered owner or tenant that we have a right of enjoyment of our own properties and should not be prejudiced by any schemes that they decide to impose. The schemes should not be a detriment to the residents that live there. That the decision that they are making is irrational. Whilst I am not against the scheme the Council has no right to dictate how many and when we can have visitors. This has all been cuased by their greed and revoking the free parkingin CMK.

The Council do not have the right to dictate how many visitors are allowed at a residential address. By restricting the permits they have restricted the number of visitors a household is allowed. No resident will be allowed to throw a spur of the moment BBQ when the sun starts shining, have visitors just drop by to see the new baby, etc. The Council are affecting Human Rights and discriminating against young residents by implementing an age restriction for the entitlement to a visitors permit
