It's really gross, and the only thing I enjoy are the PB and Js. Normally, I just eat it because I'm hungry but I know a lot of kids who don't eat it because it's flat out gross which damages their performance throughout the rest of the day. Especially since most don't eat breakfast.

That has been a big problem in our school. The kids are rebellious and the food is all over the floor and on top of the trash cans. It is not that we wish to argue with the children but that is how the government set up food reimbursement. We can not charge you a meal unless you take all the components as outlined by the new food guidelines. Before milk was part of a meal not so much any more. Not the fault of the lunch people but the government ruling. More people need to write the white house and ask for change rather than blame the workers who are doing their best to come up with so many chooses to try to suit all taste. Remember we have a rule book too. I loved the school pizza before it went to whole wheat crust. You think I like the food, no. I have no choice. It is a lot of hard work with little to no reward when we see our efforts in the trash. We too would like to see a big change. first less chooses, second a big larger servings, some of the portions would not fill an 8 yrs old and I work in a high school. last, less snack and drink choices. we really need a change.C
