Very many drivers do AT LEAST 10km over the speed limit. Recently, I was pulled over and fined for doing 115km in a 110 zone. I was doing that speed, however, I was trying to get away from a full licenced driver who had been tailgating me, overtook me, then brake checked me (thankfully my brakes are good). As I've said, I'm terrified. I believe many other people can understand and agree.
