Refurb of exisiting building would be cheaper - court building is unsutable for intended use - poor design, poor insulation and energy efficiency etc.
Do not waste our council tax on this.

Should the court be demolished to make way for a car park then this would, in all probability, benefit mainly nearby residents leaving reduced spaces for shoppers. I am fully opposed to the Council purchasing the site for any purpose.
