Telus internet reps are terrible; charged me $100 for a replacement modem because they couldnt understand the difference between "lag" and "request timeouts", which apparently happened because they had a powerout on THEIR end.

They owe me about $300 and wont credit my bill. I refused to pay my bills which were $180 a month and so they slapped a $500 cancellation fee on my phone and switched it off forever because I wouldnt pay them what I didnt owe them. Honestly, I entered into a contract and I am willing to uphold my part of it when they are willing to uphold theirs.
