They have no proof of me being mentally unstable or unfit I'm not a drug addict I'm not a prostitute I'm not an alcoholic they have no proof of me abusing my children because I don't abuse my children. But yet they managed to take all 7 of my children from my care. Something has to give I need help..

I continue on targeting the lack of ethics, as well as, social injustice social workers openly displays. Know one questions their wide spread use in mishandling of cases, misuse of power. Adoption of any child who has family, willing and able to care for and raise them is a corrupt, incompetent act initiated and carried out by social workers and their department. Social workers mishandling of cases make way for system clinch, more so system failure.

DCFS gave life scans to 2 non relatives said they could visit. Home where D was phys/mental abused. DCFS returned their calls not ours. D went to rehab 2 mths later no help/met SW then. 6 mnth prog there 9 when she slipped. DCFS forgot to reup testing. Didn't set up test after she left (said will call) Doesn't. Not returning new prog calls or mine. DCFS is looking at alternative plans (adoption). Dau been new prog 30 days since she saw son. DCFS doing nothing for her C/O visits. I still can't w/o her.

The worker and supervisor hosted an unauthorized meeting on November 12, 2013 between themselves, my boyfriend, and I, where we were told that we were *GOING* to lose our children. The supervisor also told me in very plain terms, with much attitude, that I've got a lot of mouth and that may work for me in some situations but not in this situation and not with her. Then went on to inform me that my mouth (meaning my complaints) got me into this situation and would now cost me my children. This meeting took place 10 days before my children were taken from me on November 22, 2013 at a very one-sided hearing in which I did not get an opportunity to speak or present any evidence on my behalf.

I work 36 hrs a week in Aurora as a special ed aide, have not received any help at all from DCFS. WHY?????

We lived in home of someone who was accused of accusing other children in home. Accused was biological but non custodial father of my children. We no longer live together but worker says I must be treated as a parent accused of neglect/ abuse. One hour a week visits with my one and two year old and forcing me to pay child support while 6 months pregnant. Must go through reunification process.

The dhs worker lied in court more than once, no family member was ever contacted for placement included the father.
My case was shuffled through multible judges, case workers & organiztions, as well as delayed by the court system for years. After attemping to replace my court apponited attorney, she had my children permently placed. I had to wait 1 yr before I could have it reopened. 2007-present, why?

He was placed in foster care,first with a foster parent in Los Angeles, then he was placed with my sister, who was supposedly going to help us have us have him returned to our custody. Instead she turned against us and worked along with DCFS! Even after completing our case plan, our parental rights were terminated.
