I also have a staffy girl and although she can be a tad aggressive at times she is such a people dog. I have 2 children under 8 which she loves dearly but I am her fave. We got her as a give away and believe she was mistreated as a pup. I have always said that breed doesn't make the dog nasty, its the nasty owner that turns it that way. What hope does the poor dog have. Dogfighting is barbaric and should be stopped NOW.

Staffordshire Bull Terriers and Pit Bulls are gentle and loving dogs, and it is abhorrent that they are used for cruel practices, such as dog fighting, due their physical appearance. I own a staffy and a few other people that also own staffies and they are the sweetest most gentle creatures you cuold meet. They are particularly know for bein good companions for children due to their loyalty. Prosacute the owners, not the dogs!
