She went in after a fall and was recovering well and cheerful for the most part and keen to get back home. We, her children have never been satisfied about the way her condition "deteriorated" after a meeting about Care Home provision and funding with Dr Barton and team. She too was given a syringe driver.

My files state I do not take drugs, but on the 29/01/2010 I was given a root nerve injection when I was told it was nothing more than coloured water. I would never have agreed to the having to live the hell I am living now. I have been there before between 1982-1992.
