I think not! Surely there must be enough honest people in the 306 million of us that such "waivers" are unnecessary. Anyone who needs one should automatically become suspect on that basis alone. If one cannot deal honestly and openly with the problems that confront our nation, they should not even be considered, regardless of whether or not they need confirmation or approval just disqualified!
