Mr Roger Dobbs, Thatcham, Berkshire, United Kingdom
We installed our domestic PV system in 2004 and it has performed very well. However, the installation process was a nightmare because of a succession of administrative and technical problems, almost all being because the electricity supplier really hadn't got their act together. The government grant available at the time was well-deserved compensation for all the extra hassle we faced as early adopters. However, that grant is no reason for excluding us from the current FIT payments.

I understood when the tarif changed from ROC to FIT I would receive the new tarif as of right. This is what Rayotec explained at the time and I am sure this is what they understood would happen.
We have been completly let down by the government policy. I feel let down and angry
