for a shuttle from the school they have now to
the new school. There is a very big safety

It's different when you have to walk out of your neighbourhood to get to school. You don't know the area, you don't have friends there, it's just not as safe. Please use the shuttle buses whenever you shunt kids around to fit the numbers unless they are in their home neighbourhoods.

Here are some reasons i think we should take the bus:
1.If we were in a school band we wouldn't have to carry out instruments home if we toke the bus.
2.If it was raining/pouring out we wouldn't get soaked if we toke the bus.
3.We would be able to see/sit with our friends (if they toke the bus).
4.We will have more energy to play sports or help out around the house if we toke the bus.
5.It would be safer if we toke the bus.
That is why we should take the bus.

Also for my daughter and son-in-law to provide for them to take a city bus would be a financial burden to them. I feel that busing students should have been included in the cost of rebuilding King George School when that decision was made by the Board.

The boundries were set at 3.2 km which left my grandaughter to get the bus and then the boundry changed so she cannot get the bus. For the kids saftey I think they should walk to Laurine Ave school and bused from there. My daughter bought her home in Laurine Ave area so that her daughter would be able to walk to King George and J F Ross as well. This is very inconvienent for the familys and the kids
