      <description><![CDATA[Anonymous, United States of America<p>My game progress disappeared and I called the 855-785-2511 number and I'm pretty sure that it is a fake support site. They answered with a hello and never mentioned Zynga Support.  I was never asked what game issues I was having or anything. Was just told that I would have to pay them $99.95 in order to get my game back. I told them I would not pay for a game that I already spent money on. He said I don't care. You want game back you pay. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that I had to pay that same amount to be transferred to someone else. Really?? Not getting any money from me!! I'm not an idiot!!</p>]]></description>

NOW IN MY MAIN GAME  joannebohannon02@gmail.com when I logged a few hours ago, I find one of my upgrades to my one of my three WINDMILLS has been DOWN GRADED FROM CRAFTING FIVE TO CRAFTING to ONLY CRAFTING TWO!!! IS THIS GOING TO BE AN ON GOING THING ..EVERY DAY SOMETHING IS WRONG ON OUR GAMES.<br />
FIX IT PLEASE<br />

I am tired of writing email after email explaining to them how things go missing on my farm, upgraded work stations being downgraded ,missing keys, game crashing after updates ..the list goes on and a on. Many of us use actual money on this game. The company needs to take responsibility for their customers on Face Book.</p>]]></description>
