<p>1. Simple summary of my koodos bill from May - 10th June 2012 (I have paid $128.75 in total)<br />
2. Bank credit &amp; debit card statements to explain the payments with koodos and start of my Telus contract on 10th June 2012 by transaction dated in the June statement. Debt card snap will give you the payment detail of $78.75 by 2nd of may 2012. Now I am with telus I pay my bill regularly of around $50 - 60 / month not more than that I feel Telus having a proper system then koodos or koodos since the company losing the battle in the communication market, they want to collect money from the customers.</p>

<p>Koodos already have reported to the equifax credit bureau, and I need the compensation for damage caused by koodos through unnecessarily reporting of a scam bill, I will get the report sent to you asap.</p>

Dear Credit officer,<br />
Below is the explanation sent to the General credit office to Mr Jerome Callan and Mr David Huges, I used koodos as pay as you go SIM for a month and paid $128.75. They are simply scamming in my credit history.</p>
