I know two separate cases which disgust me, both of which I personally know both the parents, children, and the person who made the phone call to DoCS NSW. In neither case was any investigation made into whether the complaint was well grounded, and neither have been concluded, with the (responsible, loving) parents being forced to watch from a distance as their children grow up with psychological issues especially the emotional instability being removed from their home has caused them. I understand in cases of abuse or extreme neglect this is understandable, but DoCS never even conducted any investigation to find out for themselves!!! They just take an anonymous phone call as 'proof' enough. I am disgusted at the heartbreak they are causing in young children and parents.

I feel any person who has sexually abused a person in a sober state more than once should be put on a public profile for people to be wary of. I think if the person has done it once and was under the influence of drugs or alcohol and was not violent, they should be possibly not put on this list.
