Companies blackmail and lie about drivers, to get revenge, as this should be against the law to defame someone and his/her career. MVR's are sufficient enough to explain a driver's history, along with criminal background checks. Pulling a person's credit history also needs to be abolished for possible employment, since often times, these reports are inaccurate--a person's credit has nothing to do with optimal job performance.

I have a couple oreintations that I left becaus the company lied to me to get me to the terminal or was doing illegal things reporting me as an employee. I have companies reporting false things and one under reporting me by 8 months of employment to ruin my record with a huge unemployed gap in my work history. I have filed disputes, showed logs and pays stubbs but Hire Right DAC will not fix it.
