Seatack is an already established neighbor - A Historical Community w/families, friends, & love ones; and Birneck Road is just as connected. When will this City ever see how to bring hope and fairness to all its communities? Raising the speed Limit to 45mph will only increase complaints and problems. The speed limit should remain 35mph.
