I had my insides burned with the acidic dust of a cement product my employer, former that is, began to use in the concrete plant where I was employed by them. This product burned me internally and externally leaving me with a long list of illnesses and diseases and caused me to become medically retired at age 44. Today I spend my time at home laid up almost 24/7 and not fit for very much at all. I had another trauma in 1998 when I was in a side impact rta and to this day believe that the blunt head and body trauma I sustained in that, caused me very serious spinal and less severe brain injuries. Between these 2 traumas, I don't have one single tiny shred of medical evidence on paper to support my claims for compensation because the corruption and fraud that exists between the doctors and the insurance companies is so rife it could be cut with a knife. I have had Jesus Dying on the Cross appearing in an MRI Scan, highlighting my spinal injury and I will be using this True Blessing From God which came to me shortly after praying for an answer to the pain, to expose this cancerous evil in our society.

My nightmare began in 1997. My job required many hours of repetitive work. Started off with tendonitis. Went to the ER, then went to see my doctor. WCB refused to do what my doctor suggested. Finally diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, bi-lateral. Many many years of driving to Red Deer to CBI, when finally they said nothing could be done. Back to WCB's specialists, jumped through the hoops.
The WCB case worker, told me my only problem was that I was fat, female and hormonal. I was on a emotional rollercoaster by that time., this pushed me to the brink, attempted suicide. I felt I was a worthless human being. All the outdoor activities I used to love, now gone. I appealed his decision. Won. But the nightmare continues.I was bullied into employment, childcare. With all the driving etc., in 2006 I am no longer employed. According to WCB i am still employable at min.wage, which is deducted from my ELP

I asked for an MRI wcb told me that an MRI was too costly and i did not need one. I received medical EIfor 16 weeks. I tried to fight wcb for a few more years ,with no success I moved back to NB in 2005 went to my family doctor he sent me for an MRI I had 5 bad disks in my back 3 lower 2 upper .Sence then I have had 2 sugerys wcb said were not needed and told me no chance for wcb.

I owned a franchise painting company at the time and therefore according to WCB was working. I was given one day paid time off. I stayed unemployed and struggling to rebuild other businesses for 8 years. I build up over $58,000 of debt on credit cards and student loans to survive. I did a Neuro-psyche exam in 2011 which said I didn't have a brain injury. I am now on AISH. I had NO MEDICAL REHAB paid by Alberta gov.
