My dog was brutally attacked by a neighbors dog (also in an aparment comples) who grabbed him by the neck and wouldn't let go. This was the second time this aggresive dog attacked in this manner.

My dog needed two rounds of antibiotics to get rid of infection and had 4-5 puncture wounds in his neck near his jugular.

The property owners were aware of the nature of this dog and had ordered it gone three months prior but never followed it up.
