She has been with the program from its opening. she organized the resident council, peer panels (a residential advisory group for program violations) she is the elected council liaison for 6 yrs. she is the one who advocates for everyone(even those she dont get along with) she gets threatened alot for helping others, now you should help her keep her house!

They offer NO SUPPORTIVE SERVICES - at least not any we have expressed a need for like transportation. My mother died and in transferring her things to storage, a lot was brought to my apt for a day or two. They didn't ask if I needed bereavement support but rather showed up to do an inspection and photographed my entire apt. They do these inspections now once a week but have checked my smoke alarm battery only ONCE in the last year.
