If "The RRHF Commitee" isn't into Progressive they were as unique in their Rock & Roll accomplishment & sooo many already inducted have no right to NOT claim the MB as an influence!!! Some say RRHF is of no significance , & without the MB it isn't, however, it is significant to most of those in it & the people that follow Rock (& I bet The Moody Blues)...Why would all of us say "I can't believe they weren't inducted a long time ago" if it weren't important? The RRHF then, must mean something. It's a place to be recognise & remembered for their acomplishments long after all of us are no longer around to promote their music & tell their story.

I have met the guys many times (mostly in the mid 90s). They are gentlemen, are humble, care about their fans, and are obviously dedicated to their craft.

There is absolutely no valid reason why the Moody Blues haven't been inducted into the RRHOF yet. There are plenty of bands and singers inducted who have no business being in the RRHOF.

Please do what is right. Listen to the fans - the ones who make or break the artists. There are thousands of loyal fans who want the Moody Blues inducted. These guys deserve it.

Tell me how Donna Summer is Rock and Roll and the Moody Blues aren't? The staff there need to wake up and do the right thing by honoring this legendary band, who is still on tour and been making million selling music, concert sell outs and fans happy for 50 years!!! Shame on you RRHOF! Honor the real bands who made R&R the real music it is like the Moody Blues. PROG or not it is all Rock and Roll!
