      <description><![CDATA[Anonymous<p>I disagree completely with your proposal. Qualified medical teaching staff are in all reputable institutes. Exceptions could be there not only in India but also in other countries. Every teaching staff got their own strength and weakness and it is there in every profession (not only medical) and applies to all parts of the world. Resouces restriction is a government issue for not able to fund medical colleges. In USA, 28% of the immigrants selected for residency come from the Indian schools</p>]]></description>
