This was horrific and uncalled for. This was a blatant misuse of power. These pigs should pay. I`m caucasion and have a great respect for authority however, no tolerance for it`s misuse. I have many friends that are officers and would call them pigs too if I discovered they abused their authority. These pigs need to pay.

I think that what ever hapened is totally wrong. and police officers who did this to Sean Bell should be convicted for a death row and or they should get long timeperiod in jail. also they should be fired from their jobs. it effects the future generation and puts them in danger. so my request will be to solve the case realy clearly. have the court understand the whole situation. teach those detectives a lesson

We need a federal body to oversee cases of police brutality. New York Police department should not be able to "waive its right" to a jury. That judge was obviously biased towards the police defense; an unbiased jury would have convicted.
