Last Stop Horse Rescue has several horses here that were rescued after being raced and then werent needed anymore. If his career is "unsucessful" the owner or the association has a right to bring the horse back to the United States. This is a horrible decision. How can you ship a horse over to another country and give away all all the rights? We know the fate of "Ferdinand". Haven't we learned? I love racing, but love the horses more. There was no concern about this horse. This is what gives the horse racing industry a bad reputation. There needs to be better controls over this! I am outraged!!
