How about a campaign promoting good old fashioned "kindness of strangers"?. Encourage people to be considerate of others on the road. Show examples of being polite in face to face situations such as at the supermarket and how to be polite on the road. eg keeping left, making space for people changing lanes, and matching the speed of the lane you wish to change to. Also include a little wave thanks. We could make the roads a far safer, more communal, more pleasant place for everyone. Its time perth drivers stopped thinking of only themselves and started looking out for their fellow road users. I would like to see a sense of camaraderie encouraged. A sense that we are all in this as a team, that we all want the same thing, and that we can achieve it together if we we're all a little less selfish, and a little nicer to each other. Keep left, unless overtaking, or making a fairly imminent right turn.

We also call upon the state government to build longer Freeway/Highway on ramps and move the Metro Freeway/Highway speed limit signs to the start of the the respective on-ramps, instead of where they currently are closer to the actual Freeways/Highways, ensuring that vehicles can legally enter at close to or the same speed as the Freeway/Highway.

We believe that these simple measures will improve the efficiency and flow of Western Australia's Freeway/Highways.

People overtake in the left lane then go straight back to the right to allow faster cars to pass.
Everyone in Perth thinks they are the fastest and most important person on the road and they should be allowed to just sit in right lane because you are Doing speed limit.
The keep left unless overtaking needs to be enforced but people need to overtake then come straight back into left lanes.
It is hard though because our speed limits are so slow it makes it hard to overtake
