We have complained to animal control about the barking of these dogs non stop for hours in end. We actually had a meeting at the local shelter with a mediator about the issue and nothing has been resolved months later. When confronted about the disturbance again the owner backlashes and blamed us for being "too sensitive". To be honest, it's cruel and neglectful to leave your dogs unattended outside for hours on end everyday number one and number two it's extremely selfish and inconsiderate to blame the neighbors who are disturbed by the barking and who are unable to have peace and quiet in their own homes because of it for being "too sensitive". These dogs deserve a home who's owners give them the love and attention they deserve and to a home where they are not neglected and abusing the neighborhood by the distress of the neglect they are in Day in and day out. It should be illegal to own a dog and leave them unattended point blank.

They have 3 young kids and a small dog living inside the house. Whenever kids need to play in the backyard, this GS is chained up so not to disturb the kids. The dog cannot get socialized with anyone, not even another dog. When I ask the owner to stop this GS barking at the gardeners, she said it is ONLY barking at the gardeners. The barking noise can shoot over 100db into our bedroom and my son's study room! The male owner claims to be the Principal of a public high school. But look at how they keep and treat their dog! Something is very wrong with these kinds of owners. They should be fined with just some proof of their dog's incessant barking.
