Lucky is a cop which can be a danger if he were to arrest the wrong person, not to mention have we forgotten Helena she would love to snatch up a Spencer child she did snatch up Lucky once, and also what about rapist Tom the 4 musketeers put him behind bars, what if he got out and came after them.
