He's rarely playable anymore in any regualr Mario games (excluding spinoffs)! He's abused in every one that he is in, which in Mario & Luigi can be funny, but in Mario 64 DS, it's just downright degrading! Now it's "Mario this, or "Mario" that. If he's not playable in the upcoming (and RUMORED, if that's a word) Paper Mario DS, I'm going to be very angry! But...I believe he's pushed around so much to give him that underdog feel.

It is why we like him so much, no? Also, they're called the super Mario brothers because Mario is their last name.If it was the super Luigi brothers than he'd be called Luigi Luigi. And who wants that? Also, that idea with Princess Daisy is a decent one. It would also give her the chance to be the female lead again.
