He had too many friends in swansea,cardiff . He is helpfull and sometimes he came to my house for visiting my family .I need him to stay in the UK.Because he have baby and a partner who is student. Jacques is very integrated to the society ,he is student and speak good english.
He do translation to the french speaker in swansea to the differences services .sometimes he help some friend to fix a computer at home .I confirm Jacques is very helpfull
