Where is the talk about my mortgage amount from Aurora Loan Services that they bought and the MERS signature on my paperwork? What about the thousands of dollars I have already spent and the failed chapter 13 that they ruined. This seems to be more predatory lending tactics can no one stop the company from destroying my credit and any chance of saving my home/ So much for the American dream of home owning and any retirement plans in my future.
I can see another law suit in place and another struggle. Can anyone help, offer advice, is there any way to save this situation.

Then during the loan modification process, in which I was told to fall behind for 30 days to qualify, they drew it out for 18 months, claiming to lose paperwork or that it needed to be refiled. In Sept. 2011, we finally were accepted into the program and began our trial payments. At the end of the 3 months, Citimortgage refused to continue taking our automatic draws from our bank acct. After 3 months of them refusing to talk to me and telling me our acct was in litigation, Idid some research and with a friend that works in title, went down to the county recorders office to see if they may have recorded a default on my title. Boy was I surprised to find that our old loan had a deed of reconveyance and my husband was named the trustor, with nothing about the new loan with Citimortgage. They never have filled the Deed of Trust, even 6 years later. We are now facing foreclosure proceedings, which we have an atty and we are fighting to keep our home.

Lawyers and citizens sent the package to them to save time and all they had to do was review and file it. the clerks said the AG was working on a 25 Billion settlement which did take place and Nj was supposed to get 1 billion of, but never got anything. GMAC declared bankruptcy and they were paying the most part of that fine. This had to do with robosigning not even land record problems. We should sue the county clerks for not taking action. There is now a class action in Pennsylvania starting from the Montgomery county clerk. I imagine a nominal settlement to take place and nothing will change.
