Both sewerage and waste water extraction are already full to capacity. The access roads to and from the Pinetops site are unsuitable for additional traffic. The health and well being of the existing residents of Pennington is already being damaged by noise and pollution due to drivers blatantly ignoring the 30 mph speed limit through the village. Additional housing means more people, more cars, more noise, more pollution. I strongly oppose any proposed housing development at the Pinetops site. This is a rural area and should stay that way.
