Don't believe the Government saying we got to make cuts backs. The money is out there for HMRC to collect from uncollected tax demands, tax evasion and tax avoidance, if you put the investment into staffing HMRC properly. There is estimated to be a potential of 123 billion out there!!

The benefits to the carers and cared for are crucial to aid a families ability to cope with what is such a difficult situation. How much would it cost if families failed to cope and their child/young adult had to enter residential care on a permanent basis...a lot more than providing services like Beechside I am sure.
