Old Castle Hill road between Tuckwell and Pennant street needs money spent on it.
Concrete path on Ridgecrop Drive will be a waste of ratepayer money. Put the money towards the biger community and spent it on the entertainment centre.

This will obviously affect homeowners' property values and curb appeal on one side of the street and not the other. Yet more waste of our taxes and rates and yet more loss of "green space" covered over by concrete. So much for the "Garden Shire".

Ridgecrop Drive is not a through road and is accessed primarily by it's residents. Why after over 20 years happily sharing the road with pedestrians, cars cyclists etc. do we need a footpath now. Go ahead and pave and I may follow with a bulldozer and tear it up again.

Is council going to compensate residents affected, for the cost of installing, establishing and looking after lawns in front of their homes over the years?

Why doesn't council use the money allocated for unwanted footpaths, to fix the DISGRACE and THIRD WORLD eyesore called Showground Road? Where are your priorities? Stop using the excuse that you are not responsible for this important thoroughfare within your area of responsibility.

Councillor's get real or get a job you can handle.
