mrs tresha baker, bilston, west midlands, United Kingdom
This petition is the voice of all the non residents, parents and their partners that demand the rules to be changed on the unjustified and unfair current rules that the Child support agency can deem it fit to take away part of their child tax credits, to give it to the nrp (ex partner).

The money should be for the children in their household only not to give to another! The ex partner the RP would already be receiving child tax credits of their own!

Mr Peter Celino, Fleet, Hampshire, United Kingdom
This needs to stop CSA take my childrens ctc into account even though my ex wife receives full benefits. How can you justify awarding a low income family CTC to just take it to give to another family already receiving help. The ex wife doesn't have to pay rent , Council tax, and receives money for living costs( she receives CSA for " living costs" ) HOW is this fair??????????
