Both Optus and Nokia should be held accountable for this.

Many capabilities but the processor maybe too slow. I have struggled with it for almost a year now, applying every firmware fix available, desperately trying to have a stable phone. It had so much promise with great sounding specs etc. but the few hardware issues (not enough RAM, slow processor, camera lens cover scratching lens) and the abundant software issues make this phone unusable. This is not good enough. Today I turned it off and it won't turn back on again. I want my money back.
