They've left a pink notice maybe once and when I went to the post office indicated on it, it was the WRONG USPS. They are absolutely the worst and SO inefficient, creating extra/unnecessary problems for people like us because now we have to file a claim and wait for their claims department to reimburse the company we purchased from so that they could send me a new package again. And of course, who knows how long that's going to take. 3 months, 6 months, a year? Possible.
