The mother knowingly had another man sign my daughters birth certificate only to have their parental rights terminated and my daughter adopted out. She did this so that I couldn;t be a part of my daughters life. My daughter is now almost 5 and I just recently found out that I am her biological father and want custody and visitation rights. This is being barred because of a babysitter filing as a presumed parent and now has parental rights. I believe the statute of limitations should not be a factor since she is biologically my daughter, I never signed rights over, and I WANT to be in her life. I also have a son that I have sole custody of so there should be no reason I shouldn't be able to have my daughter too.

Some fathers are denied a relationship due to the inability to challenge paternity after two years,what if they dont find out they have a child until after that 2 years is up? Is that fair to the father or the child to be denied a relationship? NO. what if the father finds out he is NOT the father? Hes stuck with that obligation anyway. Is that fair?NO.

Court ordered child support payments until child reached age 18. Ex- wants to get paid interest for 2 years that i wa unemployed and did not make payments... nightmare is still going on. She re-married a couple of times and never had to work. Always living off of somebody... something has to be done! this is no justice for men.
