We didn't want any surprises. The first guy told my fiancée that he couldn't tell us if we were paying the right amount or not and instead was brutally persistent in renewing our contract and starting us on a new tariff. After persuading the call handler that Scottish Power do have my payment information and can tell me if I'm paying too much or too little he put me onto his colleague who seemed to be on this planet but I was once again proved wrong... The second guy I spoke to didn't really know what he was talking about either but could tell me that all this time (1 and a half years) We haven't been been paying for gas!
